Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Storytiles order comes with our happiness guarantee: if you don't love your tiles or framed prints, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free reprint. No questions asked.

30 days to ask

You can ask for a refund or a reprint within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to photo tiles, AI wall art and framed art prints bought on storytiles.co.za and delivered in South Africa.

How to ask

• Email hi@storytiles.co.za with your order number and tell us what you'd like: a refund or a reprint.
• A photo helps if something arrived damaged or printed wrong, but it isn't required.

Sending items back

Because every order is printed just for you, you usually don't need to send anything back. If we do ask for an item to be returned, we arrange and pay for the courier: returns are always free for you.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, for the full amount you paid for the items concerned, including delivery. We process them within 5 business days of approving your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as you ordered, let us know and we'll reprint it free or refund you, at your choice. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
